We ship to the address entered at the time the order is placed. Should you realize after we shipped that you made an error, the order will most likely be returned to us. In that case, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding the price of shipping.) You will then be responsible for repurchasing with the updated address.

If you realize the error before shipment, please send us a message and we will ship to the corrected address. If you are sending it to a different person please be sure to include their name along with their address.

We recommend our apparel items be washed in cool water, inside out. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

Towels can be washed in cool water, without bleach.

Do not iron the design.

Please contact us right away and include a photo of the issue. We will replace the item right away or issue a refund if you prefer.

If you need to return a non-customized item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will provide information on how to return.

If you have ordered an item that requires a photo, please send it to us by Etsy convo.

We do not offer gift wrapping. If you'd are sending a gift to the recipient, please check the "Gift" box and you will be able to write a gift message.
